一群來自社會各階層、不分男女老少，喜愛交朋友，在大自然山林間跑步，非競賽的山上跑步運動團體，簡稱為 『跑山』 ，英文簡稱為 『HASH』 。每週六下午三時風雨無阻，在山野中盡情
享受獵犬追蹤兔仔的趣味性跑步活動，負責跑在前面做路的人稱為：兔子(Hare) ，參加跑步的人即為：獵犬。每次跑步約10公里以內，跑步時間約2小時以內，目前每週平均約有130人
左右參加跑步，每年固定舉辦會內馬拉松跑步、 2天一夜特跑、紅洋裝慈善城市特跑及環保淨山的公益活動。
成立協會宗旨：以發展跑山運動、愛好山林，增進國民健康，發揮運動精神，促進國際交流。從事山林地區之登山、跑步、健行、攀登、溯溪、野外育樂等活動，以提昇活動生活品質。
A group of mountain running sports groups with its members from different work of the society, regardless of gender, young and old, who love to make friends and run in
the mountains of nature, are referred to as " mountains running ", referred to as "HASH" in English.
Every Saturday at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, the member of TUH3 can enjoy the fun of ‘harriers chasing hares’ in the mountains. The members who run in front and mark
the trail is called the ‘hares’, and the others are called ‘harriers’.
Every time we run less than 10 kilometers, the running time is about 2 hours. Now, there are about 130 members running every weekend. Every year, TUH3 organized
half marathon running, 2 days special running, red dress charity running and environmental protection Mountain cleaning, charitable activities.
The purpose of the association is to develop the mountain sports, love the mountains, promote the health of the members , promote sportsmanship, and promote
international communication activities. Engage in mountain jogging, running, hiking, climbing, river rafting, wild recreation and other activities to enhance the quality of life.

Dear Hasher
HASH events have been held in Taiwan for more than 50 years.
We are grateful for the opportunity to allow Taiwan to host the 20th Pan Asia Hash 2025.
Taiwan's beautiful scenery, delicious food, traditional culture, and friendly people will give participants an unforgettable memory.
This is the first time in Taiwan. I look forward to seeing you in November 2025.
從2017年至韓國泗草爭取PAN ASIA HASH 2019主辦權失敗，至今已有8個年頭， 2024年10月於馬來西亞
新山，如願取得PAN ASIA HASH 2025 IN TAIWAN主辦權，這是台灣HASH界50年來，首次取得國際性
HASH盛會的主辦權，實屬不易。
活動籌備時間，雖然祗有短短13個月左右，我們將加緊腳步、盡心盡力來規劃，讓來自世界各地熱愛跑山的
HASHER們，感受台灣人引以為傲的熱情及濃厚的人情味，品嚐台灣道地小吃及辦桌筵席料理，觀賞台灣民
俗技藝、傅統陣頭、原住民歌舞等多元文化表演，縱情奔馳於台灣得天獨原的山林，呈現原始山貌及豐富的地
形變化。
我是活動的執行長High Class很榮幸代表協會，展臂熱烈歡迎來自世界各地熱愛跑山的HASHER們，至台灣
參加PAN ASIA HASH IN TAIWAN 20屆盛會。

From 2017, when we failed to secure the hosting rights for PAN ASIA HASH 2019 in Sacheon, South
Korea, to now, eight years have passed. Finally, in October 2024, during the event in Johor Bahru,
Malaysia, we successfully won the bid to host PAN ASIA HASH 2025 IN TAIWAN. This marks the first
time in 50 years that Taiwan’s HASH community has earned the right to host an international HASH
event, a truly remarkable achievement.
Although we have only about 13 months to prepare for the event, we will spare no effort and move
forward with dedication and speed. We aim to ensure that HASHERS from around the world can
experience Taiwan’s pride—our hospitality and warmth. Participants will savor authentic Taiwanese
street food and traditional banquet cuisine, enjoy diverse cultural performances such as Taiwanese
folk arts, traditional parade formations, and indigenous music and dance. They will also run freely
through Taiwan’s magnificent mountains, showcasing pristine landscapes and diverse terrain.
As the Executive Director of this event, High Class, I am honored to represent the association and
extend a warm welcome to HASHERS from around the globe to join us for the 20th PAN ASIA HASH
IN TAIWAN.
