過去因應戰備需求，很多大面積的軍事基地往往位於市區精華地段，然而因應戰備任務調整，很多基地已經沒有存在的必要，而這些遷移後的軍事用地，卻可以給帶給擁擠都市一個呼吸的空間，提供無價的養分。
位於桃園市虎頭山腳下的虎頭山創新園區即是一個典型案例。基地面積達4.7公頃，前身最早為國軍804醫院，後海巡署接收作為訓練基地，幾經更迭，於部隊及機關搬遷之後管理使用，營區隨著歲月被覆蓋在一片荒煙蔓草之中。而後移撥給桃園市政府，市府配合「亞洲· 矽谷計劃」，將舊營區打造為首座結合資安物聯網與車聯網智慧駕駛的研發中心。
In the past, many large military bases were located in prime urban areas due to wartime strategic needs. However, with the adjustment of defense missions, many of these bases are no longer necessary. Once vacated, these military lands can offer valuable breathing space for overcrowded cities and provide priceless resources for urban renewal.
The Hutoushan Innovation Hub, located at the foot of Hutoushan in Taoyuan City, is a typical example. Covering an area of 4.7 hectares, the site was originally home to the Military 804 Hospital and later served as a training base for the Coast Guard Administration. After multiple transitions and the eventual relocation of military units and government offices, the site fell into disuse and became overgrown with weeds. It was later transferred to the Taoyuan City Government, which, in line with the "Asia·Silicon Valley Plan," transformed the former military camp into the first R&D center combining cybersecurity, the Internet of Things (IoT), and smart vehicle technology.
如何到達會場：
A. 搭乘火車到達桃園車站：
1. 可以騎 U-Bike 到達創新園區對面 7-11 還車。
2. 搭乘 1 號市公車（復興路 95 號前上車）在體育館站下車，步行 150 公尺即到達。
3. 105 號市公車（中華 / 中正路口，統領百貨前上車），創新園區站下車即到。
4. 其他可達路線：
‧ BR（迴龍捷運站－桃園）
‧ 601（迴龍捷運站－內壢）
‧ 1803（基隆－中壢）：萬壽山鶯路口站下車，步行約 15 分鐘可達。
B. 自行開車停在附近停車場。
How to Get to the Venue:
A. Taking the Train to Taoyuan Station:
1. You can ride a U-Bike and return it at the 7-Eleven across from the Innovation Hub.
2. Take Bus No. 1 (board at No. 95, Fuxing Road) and get off at the Gymnasium Stop. Walk 150 meters to reach the venue.
3. Take Bus No. 105 (board at the intersection of Zhonghua and Zhongzheng Roads, in front of Tonlin Department Store), and get off directly at the Innovation Hub Stop.
4. Other bus routes that stop nearby:
‧ BR Line (Huilong MRT Station – Taoyuan)
‧ Bus 601 (Huilong MRT Station – Neili)
‧ Bus 1803 (Keelung – Zhongli): Get off at Wanshoushan Ying Road Intersection, then walk about 15 minutes to the venue.

You can drive and park at nearby public parking lots.
